This week for our #mixitmonday we are showcasing a beautiful Magenta. Created by mixing 3parts Burgandy and 1 part Florence. A beautiful colour which would look gorgeous on small to medium sized furniture as a feature piece. It’s a colour that works well with neutrals in particular Paris Grey. Take a look at the inspirational photos below showcasing the beautiful pairing of Magenta with Grey. Although this colour works as a vibrant feature, there’s no reason to say it can’t be paired with something equally as bold, take a look at the gorgeous emerald green sitting room below with accents of Magenta.
Little interesting fact for you, The colour Magenta was named after the French army’s victory at the Battle of Magenta on June 4, 1859.
